A. Basov, vexillologist from Belarus, sent me information on
Frontier Guard flags of Belarus: On 20 march 2000, Commander of
Frontier-Guard of Belarus adopted flags for Frontier Guard. They
were hoisted on april, 1, 2000 on river ships.

Concering [pay00] - Recently Victor
Lomantsov reported on the newly adopted set of flags for
Frontier Guard. I guess they were adopted too late to be included
in this issue of Album.

Concering Zach Harden's images, Possibly. However,
maybe they are not so simple - first why the difference in name
bethween the firt two here and the third (broad- pennant and
pennant)? It may be a hint that the shape of the pennants if not
the same. There are several versions of pennants used in similar
manner by Russian services, from which the Belarus FG certainly
got the idea about the pennants. Some of those pannats are with
stright upper and lower edge, while other have
"contacting" egdes in the fly part. Also the size of
indentation of the swallow tail may varry.
Some of the possible versions could be seen at FOTW (see here, here, here and here)
. Most of the pennants are similar to one at Soviet Navy, 1950-1992 (second flag pattern)
but maybe the term borad pennat inidcates indeed the spaes as you
have drawn. In any case, I was kind of hoping for some more
detailed description.
